Placeholders for inserting message data into actions

The following placeholders are supported in Email Security Message Rule actions, such as Prefix to Subject or Notify Recipient (Subject or Message). The placeholder will be replaced with the actual data from the message when it is used by the action.
Placeholder | Description |
%RcptTo% | Recipient To address |
%MailFrom% | Sender Mail From address |
%Subject% | The subject line of the message |
%EmlGuid% | The globally unique ID for the message. This can be used for locating messages in the Email Activity report |
%Size% | The size of the message |
%SpamScore% | The spam score that was assigned to the message by all the rules that matched |
%VirusScore% | The virus score that was assigned to the message by all the rules that matched |
